Japanese establish massive manning centre in Dalian

Dalian: The Kaiji Press reports on news that the All Japan Seamen's Union (JSU) and the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) have held a groundbreaking ceremony for a brand new state of the art Chinese Seafarer Dalian Training Center to be created in cooperation with the Chinese Seamen & Construction Workers' Union (CSU). Training is slated to kick off by January next year at the 42,000 sq mtr site. [19/08/09]
