PRISCO accepts two 104,000-dwt tankers

JSC Primorsk Shipping Corporation has accepted two new 104,000-dwt tankers Zaliv Baikal and Zaliv Vostok, the company reports. Both tankers have been built at S.Korean shipyard Hyundai Heavy Industries under supervision of Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The tankers will be deployed for transportation of hydrocarbons. Completely painted cargo tanks can be used for transportation of both crude and oil products. Both vessels have 1ะก ice class according to DNV classification, which enables the tankers to operate in freezing waters.
The Corporation operates 19 tankers with their aggregate deadweight of 1 352,777 tons.
