NYK Chairman nominated as next JFFI Chairman

Tokyo: NYK chairman Koji Miyahara (pictured) was nominated as the next chairman of the Japan Federation of Freight Industries (JFFI) last week.
This nomination comes on the heels of another for Miyahara, who was recently nominated as chairman of the Japanese Shipowners’ Association
The JFFI is  a  nationwide organisation of logistics related-organizations and companies with services covering air, sea, and land. The NYK chairman will officially take on the added responsibility once his nomination is confirmed at the JFFI’s 18th general assembly on June 19.  [15/06/09]
