New VLCC terminal slated for Russia’s Far East

Beijing: VLCCs could call at the new Russian Far Eastern crude oil port of Kozmino, near Nakhodka, as early as this December, Chinese media reported.
The Transneft terminal has an initial capacity of one million barrels per day (bpd.
