Shanghai: Some of the very best known names in the global shipping industry have generously agreed to form a brilliant judging panel for the keenly anticipated Seatrade Asia Awards to be held in Shanghai on June 25 this year.
Peter Cremers, ceo of Anglo-Eastern and chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, Yudishthir Khatau, md of Varun Shipping, Li Zhu Shi, executive vp of the China Association of National Shipbuilding Industry, Professor Sheng Huanyie, chairman of the Logistics and Maritime Institute at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Oh Kong Gyun, chairman of both IACS and the Korean Register, Capt Wei Jiafu, ceo of Cosco and the chairman of IMC Corp, Fred Tsao make up the magnificent seven who will deliberate the winners for the gala evening.

More than 500 people are expected to flock to the Shangri-La in Pudong this June 25 for the awards ceremony which falls midway through the China Maritime Congress.
