South Korea's KEWESPO tenders to buy 500,000 T of coal

South Korea's East-West Power Co's has issued a tender to buy 500,000 million tonnes of thermal coal for delivery between March to May for its Dangjin Thermal power plant, the firm said in its website. The utility is seeking 250,000 tonnes each of coal with a minimum calorific value of 5,500 kcal/kg (NAR) and 4,800 kcal/kg (NAR) respectively, it said. The coal should be delivered between March 15 and May 15. The tender will close on Feb.24. Source: Reuters |
